Editors note: This mattress is very similar to the Royal Pedic Organic Cotton Mattress with Wool Wrap with just a slightly different fabric and less firm coil.  It is constructed beautifully from a well respected manufacturer.  Quite firm, it works well as a latex-free option and can also be made without wool (with a doctors note).
