Editors note: Royal Pedic is the pinnacle of mattress luxury, in our opinions, so for those who like the feel of a pocket coil more than latex, this mattress is a great choice.  It comes with a little customization, as the way you place the coils in the mattress cover changes the firmness a slight bit.  For queen and king sizes, there are separate coils per side, so the mattress comfort can be different on each side.  The soft latex on top of the coil adds a bit of comfort and as always, we love the feel of the organic cotton velour.  A great comfortable innerspring choice!
